clan is based out of Fort Pastor and all clan based activities occur
with Fort Pastor as a starting point. However members are free to travel
Fairview and stay at other outposts.
main goal of this group is to have fun playing the game. We don't
expect you to make this clan a second job, we don't expect you to limit
yourself to a single playstyle (I.E. Looter, Escort, Etc.) and we don't
expect you to be active everyday. We do however ask that you try to
remain relatively active here, attempt to help each other out in looting
runs, boss hunts and missions, and to share excess loot with the group
if you can, or even just provide an item that you have extra of to a
member when they request it.
a clan we will try to help you in your endeavours, using this thread as
a point of organization and discussion. However we would like to remind
you that the more each individual member puts in, the more each
individual member will be able to take out.
The following are annual events held by the clan. The timing of one of these events will be located in the Announcements above.
As some of you may know, and others don't the H.E.C.U. is taken from a fictional group presented in the game Half-Life 1 and it's immediate expansions. With this in mind we hold several events related to the actual group as presented in that game.
H.E.C.U. uses certain weaponry, that also happens to be in this game.
As well this weaponry happens to be rather low level equipment.
Therefore the idea is to take this equipment and go grinding/boss
hunting, using this low level equipment to the death.
have full access, and Grunts have limited access to the Special Events
Armoury, and can get a GC version of the weapon they wish to use.
However there are limitations on how large the SE armoury can be, so it
will be a first come, first serve process once, and all weapons must be
returned after the event.
The idea behind this one is a little simple. All that would happen is I would play as Dr Freeman
and hide somewhere in the EZ (We would probably break it down to 4-6
spots, so it's not too tedious). Your goal would be to find and
To avoid other players ruining the fun, i'd
only go into PvP once I see someone who's participating, and i'd suggest
they do the same. The only weapon I would be allowed to use is Gordon's
trusty GC Crowbar.
